In his goodwill message, Senator Ngwu who also serve as Vice Chairman Senate Committee on Local Content congratulated the Madu family on the successful dedication of their beloved daughter, describing Baby Olivia as a precious gift from God and praying for her divine protection, sound health, wisdom, abundant grace and a glorious future.
The Enugu West Senator further encouraged the parents to raise Princess Olivia in the fear of God, love, discipline and strong moral values, expressing confidence that she would grow to become a blessing to her family, community and society at large.
