The Deputy Leader Enugu State House of Assembly and Member Representing Awgu North Constituency, Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh has celebrated teachers on the occasion of 2026 World Teachers’ Day, held on October 5th. In her goodwill message, She warmly appreciated teachers for their dedication, patience and invaluable contributions to the education and development of the younger generation, describing them as indispensable builders of society and nation.
Rt. Hon. Mrs. Eneh equally commended the Enugu State Governor, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah for his commitment to providing an enabling environment that supports teachers and promotes effective teaching and learning across the state. She noted that sustained investment in education and improved conditions for teachers are essential to achieving lasting development, assuring that teachers deserve continuous recognition and support for their contributions to society. She wished teachers across Awgu North Constituency, Enugu State and beyond a happy and inspiring Teachers’ Day.
