FARM INPUT DISTRIBUTION: OWELLI PROGRESSIVE ASSOCIATION COMMENDS ENUGU WEST SENATOR, DR. OSITA NGWU FOR EMPOWERING WOMEN FARMERS, PLEDGES CONTINUED SUPPORT FOR 2027.

There was an atmosphere of joy, solidarity and appreciation as members of Owelli Progressive Association gathered to celebrate the impactful intervention of the Senator representing Enugu West Senatorial District, Distinguished Senator Osita Ngwu. The President of the Association, Lolo Okolie Nnenna Eucharia commended Senator Osita Ngwu for his passion for agricultural development, inclusive governance and the timely distribution of farm inputs to women from Enugu-Owelli, Amabor, Awono and Umuhu Autonomous Communities. The empowerment initiative held on 6th July, 2026 at Owelli Court, Mbanabor South, Awgu North Constituency, was aimed at strengthening food production and enhancing the economic wellbeing of beneficiaries.

‎Speaking on behalf of the association, Lolo Okolie applauded Senator Ngwu for extending support directly to grassroots farmers and women, describing him as a leader who understands the needs of the people. She noted that the association remains deeply appreciative of his kindness and assured him of their continued loyalty and support ahead of the 2027 elections. She also expressed profound appreciation to Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah and Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh for their people oriented leadership, sustained commitment to good governance and dedication to improving the welfare of the citizens.

‎In a moving prayer session, Lady Rosemary Oby Okafor thanked God for the gift of Senator Osita Ngwu, Governor Peter Mbah and Rt. Hon. Mrs. Jane Eneh, praying for divine protection, wisdom and greater success for them and their families while asking God to to grant them More grace, strength and overwhelming victory in their future political aspirations as they continue to deliver the dividends of democracy to the people.
